CAROL JEAN MARTY

Carol Jean Marty was the daughter of Harold and Evelyn Monum. She was born on July 13,1938 in Madison, Wisconsin. Carol passed away on June 1, 2025. She was a resident of Lake Placid, Florida.

Carol worked as a bookkeeper before retiring.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her husband, Leroy.

She is survived by her brother, John Monum (Linda); John's daughters, Jill Monum Fleckney and Lynsey Weymer; her grandson, Sean Stolarczyk by another marriage that she helped raise in his early years. She had a special bond with Sean and Sean had one with her as well. Carol had several cousins and many friends.

Carol loved to fish play games, especially cards with others. She had a laugh that nobody will ever forget. We will all miss her.
