DEE VON ROGERS

Dee Von Rogers was born November 4,1958 in Wauchula Florida to Alton and Mary Nell Rogers. He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 11, 2026, in Sebring, Florida. He was surrounded by his family who loved and adored him.

In 1977, Dee Von graduated from Hardee Senior High School. He was a carpenter by trade following in his father’s footsteps. He was also a caregiver to whomever was in need.

He loved to fish with his son & nephews and spending time with his family. His kindness will be remembered by many.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents; brothers, Donald, Billy Doyle and Dwight Rogers; sisters, Brenda and Debra Rogers; nephews, Clay and Jeremy Rogers.

He is survived by his children, Jennifer of Clewiston, Florida and Justin (Kassie) of Wauchula; brothers, Dudley (LaVonda) Rogers, Dan Rogers, and Derrick (Carol) Rogers all of Zolfo Springs; sisters, Darlene Daniels of Wauchula and Denise (Reggie) Workman of Zolfo Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved their Uncle Dee Von, whom he was affectionately known as Uncle Deebs.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 1pm, at the First Baptist Church of Zolfo Springs. Pastor Steve Griffin will be officiating. In lieu of flowers the family ask that you make a donation in Dee Von’s memory and honor to First Baptist Church of Zolfo Springs, for all the love and kindness that they have shown our family.
