Estella "Stella" Lee McCullough was born on June 13, 1946, in Sebring, Florida, to Ernest Brown, Jr. and Cora Lee Banks. Stella worked as a bartender at the Beachfront Bar in Avon Park, Florida, before joining Royal Care as a housekeeper and also serving as a header at the local crate mill. She was fond of playing cards and cherished time spent with family and friends.
Stella was preceded in death by her parents, her children Sharon Manning and Michael Manning, and her siblings Addie Belle Spears, Audrey Johnson, Lily Pearl Wooden, Catherine Majors, Robert "Popcorn" Brown, and Leon Brown. She is lovingly remembered by her children Angela "Pam" Manning, Frederick Manny, Jamie Manning, and Derrick McCullough; her siblings Ernest Brown, Jr., Sevilla Brown, and Robert J. "Buck" Brown; her grandchildren Frederick Manning, Jr., Trevor Manning, and Janeshia Manning; and her great-grandchildren Jacobe Manning and Zamarion Manning.
