Eileen Sullivan

Eileen Joy Sullivan of Sebring, Florida passed away on September 28, 2025. She was 92.

Eileen worked as a house mother at Florida State University and University of Florida. For many years she served for both sororities and fraternities. Her responsibilities included coordinating events, ensuring the students had a comfortable and safe environment and helping the students navigate their college experience.

Eileen loved to jog and walk when she was able. Also, one of her pastimes was painting. Her faith was very important to her. She was pentacostal.

She was born on December 7, 1932, in Sheridan, Michigan. She was the daughter of James O' Berry and Cleva Shoen. She married John Patrick Sullivan, in 1952. Eileen and John had four children together, Steven Sullivan (Julie), Garry D. Sullivan (Lori), Mark Sullivan, and Scott (Karen); brother, Jasper O' Berry; sister, Sharon Ries (Milton); 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
