Franciso Santiago Charleman-Simpson, 40, passed away on May 10, 2025, in Celebration, Florida. He was the son of Velda Jean Simpson and Francisco Charleman-Moreno. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico,

Mr. Charleman-Simpson worked as a tire disposal agent for a recycling company.

He is survived by his mother, Velda Simpson; children, Francisco "Paco" Alejandro Charleman-Torres, Francisco Santiago Charleman-Vallejo, Krystal Charleman, and Isabella Charleman-Mendez; siblings, Rossanna Charleman. and Frances Charleman.
