LINDA COLBERT Obituary

Linda Lee Colbert

Sebring, Florida – Linda Lee Colbert, 67, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Sebring, Florida.  She was born January 4, 1954, in Passau, Germany.  She was the daughter of late Albert T. Christian and Anita A. Christian. Ooo

Linda adored and loved her family more than life itself.  She had one child, Melanie, in which she was very close to and proud of.  On May 27, 1996, Linda became a Nana.  She was over the moon in love with her first grandchild, Aaliyah.  Soon after on May 15, 1998, Nana’s name was extended to 2 additional grandchildren, as she now welcomed twin boys, Devon and André into her life.  If that wasn’t enough reasons for her heart to be full, on October 14, 1999, Linda held her 4th grandchild, Kiahna.   Linda loved her grandchildren and never thought that she could love anyone any more than she loved them, until she was blessed with 5 great grandchildren, Makylie, Mya, Melody, Ayden and Ayanna.

Linda’s favorite day of the year was Christmas Eve because all her family would gather at her home for dinner, gift opening, quality time and lots of laughter.  Her mashed potatoes and German salad are one of a kind and will be missed.

Linda was a diehard Atlanta Falcon’s, Braves and Ohio State fan.  She had more shirts and knickknacks than the actual stores!

Linda enjoyed gardening, bowling, going to the beach and just sitting on her porch outside enjoying the fresh air.

Linda is survived by the love of her life, John Cuccio, her daughter, Melanie Ingram, son-in-law, Anthony Ingram, first grandchild, Aaliyah Boggs, grandchild-in-law, Marc Boggs, second grandchild, Devon Colbert, third grandchild, Andre` Colbert, fourth grandchild, Kiahna Chapman and grandchild-in-law, Tariq Johnson, first great grandchild, Makylie Boggs, second great grandchild, Mya Boggs, third great grandchild, Melody Silas, fourth great grandchild, Ayden Silas and fifth great grandchild, Ayanna Boggs.

Linda touched many hearts and will be truly missed by family and friends.  She will never be forgotten and memories of her will live on forever.
