LUIS SANTANA

Mr. Luis Santana was born on June 28, 1949, in Santurce, Puerto Rico. He was the son of Luis Santana and Pacifica Rodriguez. Luis grew up on the island of Puerto Rico and worked for the government doing clerical work. 

He enlisted and served proudly in the United States Army. He fought bravely in the Vietnam Conflict. He returned home after being injured.

Luis was married to his beautiful wife, Evelyn, on December 12, 1970. They had two sons, Louis Alexis Santana and Louis Albin Santana. In 1989, he moved from Puerto Rico to Avon Park.

He enjoyed riding on jet skis and going to the gun range.

Luis passed away on December 26, 2024, in Sebring, Florida. He is survived by his former wife, Evelyn; two sons, and grandchildren, Mia, Layla, Jael, Jaeilis, and Elena.
