QUEEN WILLIAMS Obituary

Queen Victoria Pressley was the late Robert and Queen Victoria McRae-Pressley, for unto them was born a beautiful daughter, Queen Victoria. 

She was the sister of 8 siblings: Hattie, Robert, Alphonso, Lenora, Catherine, Elijah, Mary Ann, Thomas. Queen Victory was mostly known as Victoria during her early years. As she grew, she preferred being called Queen, and a queen she was. A native of and residing in Avon Park, Queen had 3 sons; Craig, Garry and Enoch. She Married Alfred Williams in 

Queen Victoria graduated from E. O. Douglas High School in 1955 where she was in the School chorus and played on the basketball team. After graduating from high school, she attended Edwards Waters College where she continued her athletic campaign playing basketball. 

Queen was a member of the Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church where she was very active. She served as the choir president for many years and every year planned a Christmas extravaganza. She was also instrumental in planning the Family and Friend event at her church for many years, an annual fundraising event which always proved to be successful. Queen was an active member for the E.O. Douglas High School Alumni Association where she served as treasurer for many years. She loved her family and was willing to make sacrifices to ensure they received the proper care and attention, taking in and becoming a care giver to her father and brother Elijah as they became severely ill towards the end of their lives. She had a smile and a very kind heart. She will be greatly missed. 

Preceding her in Death are her Husband Alfred Williams, Parents: Robert and Queen Victoria Pressley. Sisters; Mary-Ann Purdue, Leanora Moon. Brothers: Alphonso Pressley, Robert Pressley, Thomas Pressley 

Those continuing the journey of life in her absence are Sons: Craig(Barbara) Pressley, Garry(Margaret) Pressley, Enoch Caldwell. Grandchildren: Shukaris Pressley, Corie(Danielle) Pressley, Rashaad(Peace) Pressley, Keisha(Lincoln) Bohannon, Dominique Pressley, Craig Pressley, Jamal and Jakeem Jones, Jazlyn Pressley. 15 Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Siblings: Hattie Pressley and Catherine Moore.
