VIDA PEARL (KENT) LIGON

Vida Ligon, aged 90, passed away on May 8, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. A true caregiver, she dedicated her life to nurturing, raising her own children, three grandchildren, and assisting with many great-grandchildren. Her joy was watching all the kids ball games, activities and being out on top of “The Hill” watching all the kids play . Preceded in death by her husband; Henry Ligon, daughter, Jean Green; son, Jimmy Ligon; and grandson, Ronnie Petterson. She is survived by her sister, Winnie Jeffers; her daughter, Sandy (Howard) Pleger; grandchildren, James (Anita) and Jonathan (Jessica) Pleger, Kristie (Benton) Greer, Jenny Ligon, along with 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In honor of her memory, donations to Good Shepherd Hospice in Sebring, FL, would be appreciated.
